RootBase nedir, verinin sorumlusu kimdir
RootBase, şirketlerin kendi çalışanları için işlettiği bir çalışma platformudur (mesajlaşma, izin ve görev talepleri, bildirimler). Uygulama YALNIZCA çalıştığınız şirketin RootBase sunucusuyla konuşur.
Uygulamada işlenen kişisel verilerin veri sorumlusu, hesabınızı açan şirketinizdir. Yazılımı geliştiren Gökay Gök RootAlyze Teknoloji bu verileri almaz, görmez ve saklamaz.
İşlenen veriler
Ad-soyad, kullanıcı adı ve e-posta; şirketinizin tanımladığı çalışan bilgileri (departman, unvan).
Cihaz bilgileri: model, işletim sistemi sürümü, bu telefona özgü cihaz anahtarı, bildirim adresi (push token).
Gönderdiğiniz mesajlar, ekler ve seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar; oluşturduğunuz izin ve görev talepleri.
Face ID / parmak izi verisi cihazınızdan hiç çıkmaz; uygulama yalnızca işletim sisteminden “doğrulandı” yanıtını alır.
Amaç
Veriler yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için kullanılır: giriş, mesajlaşma, talepler, bildirimler. Reklam yoktur; takip (tracking) ve analiz araçları yoktur; veri satılmaz veya üçüncü taraflarla pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz.
Bildirimler
Bildirimler Apple Push Notification service (iPhone) ve Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) üzerinden iletilir. Mesaj önizlemeleri yalnızca sizin telefonunuzun açabileceği biçimde şifrelenir; şirketiniz içerik göstermemeyi seçmişse bildirim yalnızca “Yeni mesaj” gibi bir başlık taşır.
Güvenlik
Bağlantılar TLS ile şifrelenir. Oturum, telefonun güvenli donanımında üretilen ve cihazdan çıkmayan bir anahtara bağlıdır; cihaz bütünlüğü Apple App Attest ile doğrulanabilir. Şirket yöneticisi bir cihazı uzaktan iptal edebilir; iptal edilen telefonda uygulama verisi silinir.
Saklama ve silme
Hesabınızı şirketiniz açar ve kapatır; verilerin ne kadar saklanacağına şirketiniz karar verir. Hesabınızın veya verilerinizin silinmesi için şirketinizin RootBase yöneticisine başvurun. Uygulamayı silmek veya cihazı iptal etmek telefondaki verileri siler.
Haklarınız
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz haklarınızı veri sorumlusu olan şirketinize yöneltebilirsiniz. Uygulamanın kendisiyle ilgili sorular için aşağıdaki iletişim adresini kullanın.

Privacy Policy
What RootBase is, and who controls the data
RootBase is a workplace platform a company runs for its own employees (messaging, leave and duty requests, notifications). The app talks ONLY to the RootBase server of the company you work for.
The data controller is the company that created your account. The developer, Gökay Gök RootAlyze Teknoloji, does not receive, see or store this data.
Data processed
Name, username and email; employee details your company maintains (department, title).
Device details: model, OS version, a key unique to this phone, the notification address (push token).
Messages, attachments and photos you choose to send; the leave and duty requests you file.
Face ID / fingerprint data never leaves your device; the app only receives the system's “verified” answer.
Purpose
Data is used only to make the app work: sign-in, messaging, requests, notifications. No advertising, no tracking or analytics SDKs, no sale or marketing sharing of data.
Notifications
Notifications are delivered through Apple Push Notification service (iPhone) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android). Message previews are encrypted so that only your phone can open them; if your company turns previews off, a notification carries only a title such as “New message”.
Security
Connections are encrypted with TLS. Your session is bound to a key generated in the phone's secure hardware that never leaves the device; device integrity can be verified with Apple App Attest. Your company's administrator can revoke a device remotely; a revoked phone wipes the app's data.
Retention and deletion
Your company creates and closes your account and decides how long data is kept. To have your account or data deleted, contact your company's RootBase administrator. Deleting the app or revoking the device wipes the data on the phone.
